By accessing and using DigitalBuz.online, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

DigitalBuz provides printing services including but not limited to business cards, flyers, posters, stickers, custom t-shirts, wedding cards, and photo prints.

  • All services are subject to availability
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and order volume
  • Express delivery options are available at additional cost

3. Order Placement and Payment

When placing an order:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • Payment can be made online or via Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by DigitalBuz

4. Delivery

Delivery terms:

  • Same-day delivery is available for select locations and services
  • Delivery times start from order confirmation
  • We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Customer must be available to receive the order at the delivery address

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
  • Once printing has started, cancellation may not be possible
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation

6. Quality and Complaints

We strive for the highest quality. If you have concerns:

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We will investigate and resolve issues promptly
  • Replacement or refund will be provided for defective products

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of designs you provide. By placing an order, you grant DigitalBuz the right to use your designs solely for fulfilling your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigitalBuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
